Katelyn turned 8 on Friday and had the opportunity to be baptized the next day! How great is that? Turn 8 one day, then the next you get baptized! Wohoo!
I am so proud of her. She is such a good girl. The program was beautiful and I cried through the opening song and I had to say the prayer. It is hard to believe that my little Kates is 8 and accountable for her own choices right now. Of course we aren't sending her out in the world yet. What a big step for each of us.
