It felt like a modeling shoot

A while back I was talking to a friend (Merrilee!) and told her I used to ALWAYS wear make-up and had my nails painted RED. I had long gargantuan nails...MINE not fake. Yes, I am a bit different now. LOL! Below are my senior pictures. These are pictures of untouched proofs. The one I got, isn't even in these. It is funny, that even today I see the zit on my cheek. It still pops out at me to say hello.

This seemed like a glamour shot thing or a modeling shoot. It was REALLY fun. They told me to bring something i normally wore and something I didn't normally wear. That bright shirt was my FAVORITE! The leather skirt, well...it was mine, but I didn't like to wear it. The black blouse was something I didn't normally wear (oh really?)

I dug these out because I had been visiting with my friend yesterday and I told her "There is a sexy thing under all this". See...here she is, too bad she is 18!

I'm not even sure where my senior photos are....

A funny, though... While it's been 21 years since I had my senior photos taken *gulp*, I find it absolutely hilarious that my future and current mother-in-law proofed my photos all those years ago since she (still) worked(s) for the studio that did mine!

That was fun to look at. I can not believe how long your nails were. I have to tell you I think you should bring the red lipstick back. I also saw no zit!

Ahhh! Shelley! That's what we sould do to your hair! Not as extreme, but you can SO do light hair you should put a bunch of high lights in when you chop it!!! Whatdaya say? That would be ADORABLE!

Leave it to me to get the weird things! This is the second time in a mont that I have been "blessed" with this strange ailment! The last day of antibiotics (shot) last time was March 18th. I had started with Augmentin and that didn't work. They gave me a good shot of rochepin (a peanut butter shot) and that seemed to make a big difference quickly. I went back and got another, after the second I noticed remarkable improvement. I was SO excited! Then on Monday it started foming back. So it lasted two weeks. The next week we just did Rocephin shots. OUCH! I went round and round with the insurance company about an IV versus shots. The doctor recommended the IV because it would be less pain. Brazil

Just over three weeks ago, I recieved a phone call as I was getting out of the car to pick up pizza. It was a interesting conversation.... Scott: Uh, Hon, they want me to go to Brazil. Me: REALLY!!!??? WOW! Scott: ya, the catch is it is for TWO WEEKS. Me: I WANNA GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scott: you don't even have a passport. Scott served his mission in Sao Paulo South and came home 21yrs ago! He has forgotten a lot of his Portuguese. His company wants him to go set up a firm down there with their products. Scott is a no brainer chioce...been there done that type thing. I have asked him many times he wanted to go back. He was never very excited about it. Before and after

My friend Robin colored my hair today. The plan was to cut it too...that will be tomorrow if all goes well. So today she colored my hair and did my brows. I LOVE it! She parted it on the opposite side as normal for me. I like it though! Poor thing, I ran out of there fighting with Bryan, trying to get to the School for book fair duty and I didn't get the full effect of the new do as it was still really wet. I left with a "I can't tell if I like it yet, it is still too wet and dark". I think I had her thinking I didn't like it. It is dry now and I can see all three colors in it now. LOVE IT!
